Description: The Postdoc Centre offers free meeting rooms to all postdocs for activities related to your life as a postdoc in Cambridge. This may include research seminars, networking events, committee meetings, training events. Unfortunately, for insurance purposes, we cannot accept bookings from individual postdocs for activities that are not related to your role as a postdoc.

Access to meeting rooms

If you have had an induction and signed a user agreement, you can book the rooms from 7:30am until 11pm. If you have not had an induction or signed a user agreement, access is only between 09:30 and 16:30, when the OPdA office is open. If you are interested in having out-of-hour access, you will need to book an appointment to receive a brief induction. However, if your department has a postdoc committee, the Chair of that committee might already have access, so please contact them first.
