Guide to Department Funds PrerequisitesSpecial
Much of the session comprises a case study based on a medium sized University department. Delegates will examine University regulations and procedures and decide the actions for various scenarios and correct anomalies for selected sources of funds.
This session is designed for staff in an administrative role who are required to manage, advise or account for the financial position of a department. If you need to know the University rules about income and expenditure on each sources of funds category or to optimise your department's funds, this is the session for you.
