If you require training before the next planned course please contact the course leader as it may be possible to arrange some training earlier if there is enough demand. The exam that concludes the course is a written multiple choice paper. A good understanding of spoken English is essential. In certain circumstances eg where English is not the first language or the student has difficulty with reading etc the trainer can obtain exam papers in other languages or arrange for the exam to be given to the student verbally. This must be discussed with the trainer prior to booking to enable them to order appropriate exam papers and arrange additional support.
